Ingredients: Mishri (rock sugar), Vanslochan (bamboo silica), Pippali (long pepper), Elachi (cardamom), Dalchini (cinnamon).
How to enjoy: Mix ¼–½ tsp with honey or warm water, or as advised by your practitioner.
