Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email Nipurna08@live.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
How to request a refund
Email Nipurna08@live.com with your name and order number or booking date. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
