Yes. Consultations, breathwork and herbal guidance are available online by video, or in person in the Suwanee, GA area. Ayurvedic massage is in person only.

Start with a free 20-minute discovery call, or book a session from the Consultations page. After booking, please download, fill in and email the client intake form at least 48 hours before your session.

No. Ayurvedic guidance is for general wellness and works alongside your doctor's care. Please keep your doctor informed, and never stop or change prescribed treatment based on our recommendations.

Take the free Dosha Quiz for a starting point, or book an herb consultation for personal recommendations. If you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, check with your doctor before using herbs.

Warm the oil slightly, massage it into the skin from head to toe, rest for 15–20 minutes, then take a warm shower. Patch-test first if you have sensitive skin.

Yes. Food plans are digital guides you can view or print after purchase. No shipping is needed.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight. Orders ship within 2–4 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that.

Yes. Choose free local pickup in Suwanee, GA at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.
