Shipping Policy

Orders ship within the United States from Suwanee, Georgia. Consultations, courses, programs and online sessions are delivered digitally or in person and do not ship.

Processing and delivery
• Orders are packed by hand and ship within 2–4 business days of purchase, Monday to Friday.
• Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after shipping.
• You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order, and are shown before you pay.

Local pickup
Free local pickup in Suwanee, GA is available at checkout. Choose "Pickup" and we'll email you when your order is ready (usually within 24 hours) to confirm the pickup time and address.

International orders
We currently ship within the United States only. For international requests, email Nipurna08@live.com.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived, email Nipurna08@live.com and we will help resolve it with the carrier.
