How to Use
FOR HEAT THERAPY: Fold the compress in half and place in the microwave. Heat on low for 30 seconds at a time, flipping between increments until desired warmth is achieved (no longer than 1.5 minutes). Always monitor while heating and test the temperature of your wrap before applying it to your skin.
FOR COLD THERAPY: store in the freezer until ready to use.

Individuals with sensory impairment, nerve damage, paralysis, diabetes, or reduced circulation should consult a healthcare professional before use.
