A light, silky massage oil made with organic avocado, olive and sweet almond oils and infused with lavender flowers and lavender essential oil. It glides smoothly without feeling greasy and leaves skin soft and moisturized. Lovely for a partner massage, or for your own daily self-massage (abhyanga) before a warm shower.
How to use: Warm a little oil between your palms and massage into skin using long strokes on the limbs and circular strokes on the joints. Leave on for a few minutes, then shower if you like.
